Prices and delivery
The displayed gemstone prices are the final selling prices for the selected weight and quantity. They include applicable taxes and shipping across India. No separate shipping or tax charge is added at checkout.
Delivery is within seven calendar days after successful payment confirmation. Please provide a complete Indian delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if your order has not arrived within this period.
If we cannot supply or deliver your order as agreed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.
Cancellations and returns
Gemstones are non-returnable for change of mind. Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted after successful payment, including before dispatch. Please check the product, selected weight, quantity, address and total before paying.
This policy does not exclude remedies available under applicable consumer law for damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or delivery outside the agreed schedule. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; we will communicate the refund status.
